More enquiries from the visitors you already get.

Most sites don't need a rebuild. They need the few things that make people leave found and fixed. I find them, fix them, and show you the numbers before and after.

Money back if the audit doesn't find fixes worth more than it costs.

01 / The problemSchematic, visitor path

Four places your site loses money.

None of these show up as an error. They show up as a quiet month. Hover a leak to see what it costs and how it gets fixed.

A visitor's path from search to reply, with four points where visitors are lost. L/01 SLOW ON PHONES L/04 LOOKS LIKE A TEMPLATE L/03 BROKEN ARABIC L/02 WRONG INBOX
Fig. 02 · Where visitors drop out between search and reply
  1. L/01

    It's slow on a phone.

    What it costs

Visitors hit back and click the next result. Google ranks slow mobile pages lower, so fewer arrive at all. If you run ads, you paid for every one who left.

    The fix

Strip scripts nothing uses, stop CSS and JS blocking the first paint, load the main image first. Measured before and after.

  2. L/02

Enquiries land in the wrong inbox.

    What it costs

Someone has to read, sort and forward every message before anyone replies. By the time the right person calls back, the customer has called someone else.

    The fix

Forms that route by location, service or type, straight to the person who handles it. Nothing to sort.

  3. L/03

Half your market reads right to left.

    What it costs

An Arabic-first visitor who lands on English, or on a translation with a broken mirrored layout, doesn't book. They assume you don't serve them.

    The fix

Real RTL: mirrored navigation, proper Arabic type and spacing, from one set of templates so there's still one site to maintain.

  4. L/04

    It looks like a template.

    What it costs

Investors, donors and partners judge credibility in seconds. A stock theme tells them you're small, or not serious about this.

    The fix

Built by hand from your design file, or designed around your real content: pipelines, programmes, evidence.

02 / The costYour numbers, simple maths

Put a number on the leak.

Move the sliders to match your site. It's your own maths, so it's only as good as the numbers you put in. The point is to see roughly what a slow month costs.

Printed Soap Boxes

Packaging manufacturer, USA

Problem
Mobile Lighthouse score of 41. Every page loaded scripts and styles it never used, and the hero image waited behind them.
Why it mattered
Google ranks mobile results partly on mobile speed. A slow page meant fewer visitors from search, and the ones who came saw a half-loaded screen.
Outcome
4197
Mobile Lighthouse score

Same page, same test, before and after. Organic enquiries rose after the change shipped.

Method
  1. 01MeasureRan Lighthouse on mobile and listed every request blocking the first paint.
  2. 02CutDequeued scripts and styles on templates that don't use them; cleared render-blocking CSS and JS.
  3. 03PrioritiseMade the hero image the first thing the browser fetches, so the main content paints early.

RCH Care Homes

Care group, UK

Problem
Nine homes in four counties and one way to get in touch. Every enquiry had to be read and forwarded to the right home by hand.
Why it mattered
Families choosing care are stressed and comparing options. A slow reply, or one from the wrong home, sends them to the next group on their list.
Outcome
91
Homes → one routed form

Each enquiry reaches the admissions team that can answer it, with no sorting step in between.

Method
  1. 01Model the homesEach home became a record with its location and the types of care it offers.
  2. 02Make them findableA directory searchable by town, postcode and type of care.
  3. 03Route at the formThe enquiry form uses the same choices to send each message to that home's admissions team.

Flare Business homepage in English The same Flare Business homepage in Arabic, laid out right to left

Flare Business

Co-working, Lusail, Qatar

Problem
A premium workspace in Lusail selling into a market that reads Arabic first, with a site that only spoke English.
Why it mattered
An Arabic-first visitor who gets English, or a translation with a broken mirrored layout, leaves before booking a tour.
Outcome
ENAR
One site, both directions

Arabic-first visitors get a layout built for them. Drag the slider on the screenshot to compare.

Method
  1. 01TranslateA full Arabic version through TranslatePress, so the team edits wording in one place.
  2. 02MirrorNavigation, type and spacing flip right to left from the same templates.
  3. 03Read it in ArabicWent through each template right to left to catch anything that didn't mirror cleanly.

CardiaCures

Clinical-stage biotech

Problem
A detailed clinical Figma file: a radial drug-pipeline diagram and a stage-by-stage trial grid that had to be built exactly.
Why it mattered
Investors and regulators read the site to judge the science. A template look, or blurry exported charts, would undercut it.
Outcome
Fig1:1
Figma to production

The design shipped as designed, with the diagrams as real, editable markup.

Method
  1. 01Split the fileBroke the design into BEM blocks so diagram styles can't leak into the rest of the site.
  2. 02Diagrams in codeBuilt the radial pipeline and the chevron-connected trial grid in CSS Grid, not images.
  3. 03Light motionScroll reveals with AOS, kept subtle so they never compete with the data.

Carder

AI mini-site builder

Problem
Turn one sentence into a live site with menu, hours and booking, for many businesses at once, on paid plans with AI limits.
Why it mattered
Billing errors cost money both ways: a lapsed plan keeping a site live, or a paying customer blocked. Heavy uploads couldn't slow everyone else down.
Outcome
1~30s
Sentence to live site

A sentence becomes a live site, with billing and AI limits enforced on every publish. One admin back office covers every tenant.

Method
  1. 01Split the loadLaravel stays the core; media and billing run on their own paths.
  2. 02Ask StripeEvery publish checks the plan against Stripe, not a cached flag.
  3. 03Meter AIGeneration is counted per plan, so limits match what each customer pays for.

07 / QuestionsAsked before paying

Things people ask before they pay.

Q/01Why is the audit only $149?

Because it's how most people find out whether I'm worth hiring. It covers my time on one site. If your site has dozens of different page templates or several languages, I'll tell you up front and quote it instead.

Q/02What counts as "fixes worth more than $149"?

You decide. If you read the report and don't think the fixes are worth more than you paid, email me within 14 days and I refund you. No form to fill in, no argument.

Q/03My site is on WordPress, Shopify or Wix. Can you work on it?

WordPress is home ground: custom themes, Elementor, ACF. Shopify and Wix I can audit, and I'll fix what the platform lets anyone fix. Where it doesn't, the report says so plainly.

Q/04Do you need my passwords?

Not for the audit. It runs on your public site. For fixes I ask for a staging copy or a separate login you can delete when we're done.

Q/05How do I know the fixes worked?

The same tests run before and after, on the same pages, and you get both results. That's where every number on this page comes from.

Q/06Can you do Arabic properly?

Yes. Flare's Arabic site runs on the same templates as the English one, mirrored right to left. Drag the slider on the Flare sheet above to see both.

Q/07Do I own the code?

Yes. Code, content, hosting account and logins are yours. You also get a short guide so whoever edits the site next isn't guessing.

Q/08You're in Lahore. Will time zones be a problem?

Lahore is GMT+5. That's your whole morning if you're in the UK, almost the same working day if you're in the Gulf, and my evening is your morning on the US East Coast.
